Do you know early stages of pregnancy? Knowing Early stages of pregnancy is important for women who start to get pregnant or women who have planning to get pregnant after married. Pregnancy is one of the most exciting and anxious times in a woman’s life. She contends with alternating feelings of joy and feelings of fear.

In my experience, I bought many book about pregnancy, because I don’t know everything about pregnancy first. I feel worried in my early stages of pregnancy. Now I have nice children and I understand that knowing early stages of pregnancy is very important for pregnant woman, so that she will enjoy her pregnancy week by week until childbirth.

The early stages of pregnancy can be a confusing time for pregnant women. A couple may be excited about the news of the pregnancy; they may also be confused or concerned, for any number of reasons. They may be far from family and friends and the support system that comes from a familiar environment. The couple may have very different viewpoints about the pregnancy. If at all possible, it is during the early stages of pregnancy that the couple should discuss these issues.

During her pregnancy, the woman will encounter several changes to her body and her emotions too. Her emotions will not stabil like before. Now she feel happy and a few minutes more she feel angry, this condition is common happen for her. So her husband must understand about this.

She may have health problems that will complicate a pregnancy. While the pregnancy won’t be the same for her partner, a woman may expect her partner to help her during the process. During the early stages of pregnancy, it is a good idea if the couple learns what they can about the pregnancy. What will happen in the first stages of the pregnancy? Will anything stay the same throughout the pregnancy? Will the woman be interested in sex? Both the woman and her partner should think about the things that concern them most and be honest with each other about these issues.

Once the issues are identified, they can research and see what information they can find to answer their questions. They may both want to visit the woman’s physician together several times so they can get information. The physician can be a valuable source of information and both the woman and her partner should feel comfortable with the doctor.

The couple should make extra effort to communicate during the early stages of pregnancy. They should be happy about the pregnancy and comfortable talking about any and all issues related to it. If one of them feels uncomfortable discussing anything, the other partner may not understand and this can cause problems that may magnify as the pregnancy progresses. If the couple can improve and refine their communication skills during the early stages of pregnancy, they will find that the last stages will be smoother for everyone.

The early stages of pregnancy are a good time to start discussing child care issues. This might seem odd, but if the couple starts looking at how other children behave, they can then discuss their own feelings about how to raise children. If they disagree, it may be helpful if they can establish guidelines for managing disagreements. Though these sound like simple issues, it isn’t advisable for a couple to wait to talk to each other about any issue related to the pregnancy or child rearing. Time goes quickly. If the couple doesn’t start talking during the early stages of pregnancy, they may find that they won’t have a lot of time later to discuss the topics that are important to them.

Don’t be afraid, just enjoy your pregnancy, be relax, make a good communication with your partner, and you will think that everything in your early stages of pregnancy is okay. You will enjoy this amazing moment day after day.

Pregnancy, Fitness, and Diet: The Perfect Time for New Beginnings!

Pregnant women are sort of like common property; an eminent domain of the most personal kind. Suddenly strangers tell you the most personal stories of their own experiences with child birth, and offer advice on pregnancy, fitness, and diet. They assume the right to touch your belly, and offer you tidbits of advice, handed out like cookies that are a little bit burned on the edges, cookies you are not sure are safe to eat.

One moment you laugh. The next moment, you cry. One moment you are so sick you think you could never touch food again, the next you suddenly love some food you have hated all your life. Pregnancy is not a disease, it is not a bad thing, and there is nothing wrong with it. It is one of the most natural things in the world. Perhaps the most difficult part of pregnancy is sifting through all those pieces of gravel to get to the gold.

Pregnancy, fitness, and diet, are not the kind of things you want to leave to chance. Pregnancy may be natural, but naturally, there are things you can do to make it better, easier, and less complicated. Since you are making decisions for two people now, you should do your home work, and make sure you are doing things right! Pregnancy, fitness, and diet are separate branches of the same tree, and now that you are pregnant, it is a great time to make healthy decisions and changes, not just for the duration of your pregnancy, but for life. Your responsibility to live a healthy lifestyle does not end when you give birth. While you are, you can make changes that will teach good, healthy fitness and diet habits to your child, as well as providing the best start possible for pregnancy, fitness, and diet.

Online research is a great place to begin learning about your pregnancy, fitness and diet. Research abounds extolling the benefits to both mother and child. Dietary considerations such as adding folic acid, calcium, and iron should actually begin before getting pregnant, to give your baby the best possible beginning in life. Once you are pregnant, prenatal vitamins are a good start. Add to that:
* 6 to 11 servings of grain products
* 3 to 5 servings of vegetables
* 2 to 4 servings of fruits
* 4 to 6 servings of milk and milk products
* 3 to 4 servings of meat and protein foods
* 6 to 8 glasses of water, fruit juice, or milk
Limit fatty foods and sweets. Simple choices like drinking milk or juice instead of regular or diet soda, and eating fortified foods like bread and cereal, make a lot of difference.
Research fitness plans, and decide with your prenatal health care team what they recommend and if there are any special health concerns or restrictions in regards to your pregnancy, fitness, or diet. There is no time like the present to start, and the best place to start is right at your fingertips.

GETTING READY FOR THE BIRTH

You have finished the stages of pregnancy, from the first trimester and the second trimester. Now you in the last trimester, start from seventh month to ninth month. In ninth month, the time to childbirth is closer. What you need to bring with you in a hospital? What to pack for your stay in the hospital. This is one of the most important elements to giving birth that many women forget until the last minute.

Packing in advance will make getting to the hospital or birth center much easier when you are in labour. When packing your bag, you should include the following:

•	Clothing for three or four days
•	Clothing for the baby
•	Extra pillows
•	Emergency contact numbers
•	Slippers
•	Extra towel
•	Hair brush/tooth brush
•	Bathrobe
•	Extra socks
•	Hand cloths

If your doctor suggests anything else, you should pack it as well. You should keep your bag near the bedside or the front door so that you do not forget it before going to the hospital or birthing center.

If you have to go to the hospital early, you will want to pack extra clothing. Since you will be preoccupied with your baby’s birth, you should pack a few weeks in advance.

Once you arrive at the hospital, you may have to wait a few hours before you will be ready to deliver your baby. This time may be painful or it may not. It depends on many factors including stress. You should try to remain as calm as possible. Bring a book or crossword puzzle so that you can keep you mind occupied. This will make the time go by.

As you get closer to the delivery time, your contractions will be closer together. While this can be very painful, you will be getting closer to meeting your baby for the first time. Having a bag filled with items from home will make this time a little easier. Having supportive people around you will also help.

After giving birth, you will be very tired. You will fall asleep after meeting your child. Having their clothing and yours with you in the hospital room is a great start to your parenting.

You should be aware of the types of childbirth that you should consider before going into labour. What types of childbirth that you choose, natural childbirth, caesarean section or the others?

Natural childbirth refers to childbirth without the use of medications that could ease the pain associated with the birthing process. Some people fear that these medications will be passed on to the child during labour. While some of their fears are legitimate, many women take some medication during labour and have healthy babies.

If you are planning on a natural childbirth, there are ways to prepare in advance that will make the process a little easier when the time comes:

Educate yourself about the pros/cons of natural childbirth

Attend ‘natural childbirth’ birthing classes

Tell your care provider that you would like a natural childbirth

Find a coach that will be with you throughout the birth

Understand that there may be times when you will need medication

Prepare yourself physically by exercising

Understand that there will be pain involved

Many other people will not be supportive of your decision, but you need to do what is best for you and your baby

Natural childbirth can be a wonderful way for you to connect with your baby. You can have a natural childbirth in a hospital or birthing center. Just make sure you have someone who will help you when you are in pain. This will make the process a little easier.

Epidural Childbirth

An epidural is a shot of medication that will help educe the amount of pain that you will feel during labour. But getting an epidural is not a painless process.

At a certain point during labour, you will be given the option to have an epidural. You are under no obligation to have the epidural as there are other ways to cope with childbirth.

But if you want an epidural, you will have to endure two needles. One will numb an area on your spine, and the other will contain the medication.

Epidurals can cause your legs to become numb during and after the delivery of your baby.

Epidurals may affect your baby by causing your blood pressure to drop, repositioning of the baby during labour, which will increase your risks of having to have a cesarean birth.

There may be reasons why you cannot have an epidural during labour. These reasons include:

There is no anaesthesiologist available while you are in labour

You are on other medications

Your blood work shows low platelet count

You have a back infection

You are experiencing heavy bleeding

There may be labour restrictions

For the most part, you may be able to have an epidural that will help ease the pain of childbirth.

Cesarean Section

Up to 27% of all births are done through cesarean section. This is when the baby is taken from the mother by cutting into her stomach and removing the baby. Cesarean sections are done when the mother is past her due date, if the baby is turned the wrong way, if the vaginal canal is not fully dilated, or if a vaginal birth will pose a risk to the mother.

You will have to stay in the hospital for a few days in order to heal from the surgery. You will have stitches and soreness after the birth of your baby. The success rate for cesarean sections is very high and not uncommon.

Vaginal Birth

A vaginal birth is considered natural childbirth and is how most babies are born. Having a successful vaginal birth will be easier if you take child birthing classes so that you will learn how to push and relax your muscles so that you will be in the least amount of pain possible.

Proper pregnancy nutrition is a vital factor in proper fetal development because the fetus is physically incapable of providing for itself, nor can it show any visible signs of malnourishment between monthly check-ups as a newborn can. That means that for the next nine months it’s going to be completely up to you to ensure that you are properly eating for two, taking in the vitamins and nutrients that are going to help you give birth to a healthy, happy baby while keeping yourself healthy at the same time.

Here the vitamins, the functions and the food source.

· Vitamin A

Vitamin A helps the development of baby’s bones and teeth, as well as their heart, ears, eyes and immune system (the body system that fights infection). Getting enough Vitamin A during pregnancy will also help your body repair the damage caused by childbirth.

Food Source: Liver, carrots, sweet potatoes, kale, spinach, collard greens, cantaloupe, eggs, mangos and peas.

· Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6 helps your baby’s brain and nervous system develop. It also helps Mom and baby develop new red blood cells and help to solve morning sickness in some pregnant women.

Food Source: Fortified cereals, bananas, baked potatoes, watermelon, chick peas and chicken breast.

· Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 works hand in hand with folic acid to help both Mom and baby produce healthy red blood cells, and it helps develop the fetal brain and nervous system.

Food Source: Red meat, poultry, fish, shellfish, eggs and dairy foods.

· Vitamin C

Vitamin C helps the body to absorb iron and build a healthy immune system in both mother and baby. It also holds the cells together, helping the body to build tissue.

Food Source: Citrus fruits, raspberries, bell peppers, green beans, strawberries, papaya, potatoes, broccoli and tomatoes.

· Calcium

Calcium builds your baby’s bones and helps its brain and heart to function. Calcium intake increases dramatically during pregnancy. Women with calcium deficiency at any point in their lives are more likely to suffer from conditions such as osteoporosis which directly affect the bones.

Food Source: Dairy products, fortified juices, fortified butters and fortified cereals, spinach, broccoli, okra, sweet potatoes, lentils, tofu, Chinese cabbage, kale and broccoli.

· Vitamin D

Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium, leading to healthy bones for both mother and baby.

Food Source: Milk, fortified cereals, eggs and fatty fish (salmon, catfish and mackerel).

· Vitamin E

Vitamin E helps baby’s body to form and use its muscles and red blood cells. Lack of Vitamin E during pregnancy has been associated with pre eclampsia (a condition causing excessively high blood pressure and fluid retention) and low birth weight.

Food Source: Vegetable oil, wheat germ, nuts, spinach and fortified cereal.

· Folic Acid

Also known as Folate or Vitamin B9, Folic Acid is a vital part of your baby’s development. The body uses Folic Acid for the replication of DNA, cell growth and tissue formation. A Folic Acid deficiency during pregnancy can lead to neural tube defects such as spina bifida (a condition in which the spinal cord does not form completely), anencephaly (underdevelopment of the brain) and encephalocele (a condition in which brain tissue protrudes out to the skin from an abnormal opening in the skull

Food Source: Oranges, orange juice, strawberries, leafy vegetables, spinach, beets, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, pasta, beans, nuts and sunflower seeds.

· Iron

Iron helps your body to form the extra blood that it’s going to need to keep you and baby healthy, as well as helping to form the placenta and develop the baby’s cells.

Food Source: Red meat and poultry, legumes, vegetables, some grains and fortified cereals.

· Niacin (Vitamin B3)

Also known as Vitamin B3, Niacin is responsible for providing energy for your baby to develop as well as building the placenta. It also helps keep Mom’s digestive system operating normally.

Food Source: Eggs, meats, fish, peanuts, whole grains, bread products, fortified cereals and milk.

· Protein

Protein is the building block of the body’s cells, and as such it is very important to the growth and development of every part of your baby’s body during pregnancy. This is especially important in the second and third trimester, when both Mom and baby are growing the fastest.

Food Source: Beans, poultry, red meat, fish, shellfish, eggs, milk, cheese, tofu, yogurt, fortified cereal and protein bars.

· Riboflavin (Vitamin B2)

Also known as Vitamin B2, Riboflavin helps the body produce the energy it needs to develop your baby’s bones, muscles and nervous system. Women with Riboflavin deficiency may be at risk for preeclamsia, and when baby is delivered it will be prone to anemia, digestive problems, poor growth and a suppressed immune system, making it more vulnerable to infection.

Food Source: Whole grains, dairy products, red meat, pork, poultry, fish, fortified cereals and eggs.

Also known as Vitamin B1, thiamin helps develop your baby’s organs and central nervous system.

Food Source: Whole grains, pork, fortified cereals, wheat germ and eggs.

Zinc is vital for the growth of your fetus because it aids in cell division, the primary process in the growth of baby’s tiny tissues and organs. It also helps Mom and baby to produce insulin and other enzymes.

Food Source: Red meats, poultry, beans, nuts, grains, oysters, dairy products and fortified cereals.

Picking a Name for Your’s Baby

You are now in the last trimester of pregnancy stages. Your baby will born in a short time in ninth month of pregnancy. You must ready to welcome it. What about your baby’s name? You must choose a name for your baby. Chosen a name look like easy, but sometimes it is difficult too. You must be careful picking a name for your baby. Here the article about: Picking a Name before Your Pregnancy Ends.

Choosing a name is one of the most important things you’ll have to decide on during your pregnancy. Pick a name that your child is going to love, not something he/she will hate or be made fun of. There are a lot of things to consider when naming your child.

Origin

The origin of a name can help you pick out what name you like best, this also adds a piece of history to your child. Giving your son/daughter an Italian name because their great grandfather originally came over from Sicily will mean a lot to the family. Not to mention your child will always know they’re Italian. This doesn’t mean you can only choose names that go with your heritage, there may be a name out there that belongs to your child that isn’t.

The Sound of the Name:

Names can be hard to pronounce sometimes, not just for other people but for your child as well. Don’t choose a name you have a hard enough time saying, imagine how hard it’ll be for your own child to learn. The spelling can also be a cause for concern. Your child must learn how to spell his/her name; you don’t want a name that has over 20 letters long. Do you think you’d be able to learn to spell that in kindergarten? Think about your child first, sure the name might sound great but make sure it isn’t something that is going to be really hard. This doesn’t mean don’t choose a name that is unique, that is what makes your child stand out. But make sure that is what you really want.

Meaning

Meaning can be another factor when choosing a name, learn what that name means before you pick it. You might want something that means something dear to you. My daughter’s name means pure hope, I thought it was a lovely gesture and it sounded beautiful. Think about choosing a positive meaning for your child, this is the first thing that will be associated with him/her the moment he/she is born.

Gender names

Gender naming is another important issue. Think about if the name sounds like a boy’s name or a girl’s name. There are names that can go either way such as Sam, Erin or Angel.

Nicknames

When picking out a name, don’t forget that your child may end up being called by a nickname because of the name you have chosen. If this is something you don’t want, try picking a name that can’t be shortened. But don’t be surprised if it happens anyways. If you don’t mind, try picking out a name that’ll have a nickname you enjoy.

Last but certainly not least, remember children can be cruel think about the initials your child will have. You don’t want something that its initials mean something else. You want your child to be proud of his/her name. Not everyone is going to like the name you have chosen for your child, but as long as it is something you like, your child will like it too.

Why the Exercise during Pregnancy is Important?

Some pregnant women have the questions about the exercise during their pregnancy. Can I get the exercise during my pregnancy? Is it dangerous or not for me and my baby’s growing then? Some women are though in their minds that they have a nine month pass to keeping up with their gym routine. In the first trimester, the first three months they are battling morning sickness and exhaustion and the other common problems during the early pregnancy. In second trimester, the next three months they are beginning to show. The third trimester, the last three months are so uncomfortable that walking ten feet to the bathroom is pure torture, so there is no way they will be able to walk on a treadmill for ten minutes.

On the other side of the coin, there are some women who do not let something as little as creating a life stand in their way of exercise. These are the women we might see actually teaching a class at the gym, or speed walking throughout our neighbourhood with their protruding bellies.

Most of us however fall somewhere in the middle and that is just how their doctors like it. Exercise comes highly recommended when pregnant. Not only does it help control weight gain, but some women swear it helps with delivery also. There are some things to keep in mind in order to protect yourself and your baby’s growing.

For beginners you need to keep an eye on your heart rate as you are working out. Letting your heart rate rise to high could be dangerous to your little one especially in your first trimester. You want to maintain a steady heart rate and should do the talk test throughout your workout to make sure you are at a safe level. The talk test is when you talk during your workout. If you are having a hard time talking and wind up huffy and puffing more than getting out actual words, then you are working too hard and need to take it down. Most doctors recommend that you work at a pace where talking is challenging but still doable.

Pregnancy is not the time to try out new exercise routines. This means that you should not try the new spinning class that your gym offers. Stick with the routine you have already been doing and that your body is use to. You may find that you have to make some modifications to some of your exercises as your pregnancy progresses. If you are a runner, a modified low impact jog through out your first trimester is fine but once you enter your second trimester and begin to show, your jog has to be brought down to a walk. For those of you who love sit ups, crunches and floor pushups, you can continue to do these up until you hit about 14 weeks or so. After that time period no floor exercises are recommending.

If you do not have any sort of exercise routine in place before you get pregnant, this still does not give you a free pass. Almost every doctor will tell you that walking is a great exercise for any pregnant women who are not high risk. Walking at least thirty minutes, three times a week is a safe way for a pregnant woman to stay active. In my experiences, I like walking in the morning at 04.30 am everyday just in thirty minutes or more, it make me more healthy then.

Walking is something you can do through out all three trimesters though you might find yourself moving at a slower pace by your third trimester. Another great plus to walking, especially as you approach your due date, is that walking can actually bring on labor. Many doctors will advise their patients to walk, walk and walk some more in the weeks leading up to their due dates to get things rolling. Some women who have walked throughout their entire pregnancy have an easier delivery and recovery period.

The days of pregnant women kicking their feet up and not moving from the couch for nine months are days of the past. While strenuous exercise is a no no pregnancy is no longer a good excuse to stop moving.

Hiperemesis Gravidarum

What is it?

This is the plentiful of feeling sick in the morning, maybe happens to less than1 from 200 pregnancies. Hiperemesis gravidarum or the plentiful of feeling sick in pregnancy usually happens to pregnant woman in first pregnancy, the pregnant woman who pregnant with more than one embryo and the pregnant women who have got it in their pregnancy before. Physiologist’s stress can be the reason, also the center of sick in brain, which is look different from one person to the other person.

The sign and symptom

Feeling sick in the early pregnancy look more often and longer than before, even until full of nine month. Usually this condition is more reliable in the last of first trimester. It can make dehydration and make a dangerous for both mother and baby’s health.

Take care

In the reliable conditions can solve with diet plan, take a rest, and take the medicine to decrease the sickness like antacid. But if the sickess grows continuously and the weight of body decreased, maybe need to take a rest in the hospital.

Vaginal bleeding

If you have vaginal bleeding at any time in pregnancy, you must be careful, it can be danger signal. In early pregnancy, bleeding may be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy or a miscarriage, although many women who bleed at this time go on to have normal and successful pregnancies. Bleeding in fifth months and more can be a sign that the placenta is implanted in the lower part of the uterus (placenta praevia) or that it has started to separate from the uterus (placental abruption). Both of those conditions can be dangerous for you and the baby. If you have bleeding with pain too besides both conditions, you must contact your doctor immediately, don’t be late.

The cells on the surface of the cervix often change in pregnancy and make it more likely to bleed, particularly after intercourse. This condition called cervical erosion. Vaginal infections can also cause a small amount of vaginal bleeding. Some causes of vaginal bleeding are more serious than others, so it’s important to find the cause straight away. The most common sort of bleeding in late pregnancy is the small amount of blood mixed with mucus, known as a ‘show’. This is a sign that the cervix is changing and becoming ready for labour to start. It may happen a few days before contractions start or during labour itself. You must contact your doctor immediately if that is occurs.

Severe Itching and Obstetric Cholestatis

Itching is very common in normal pregnancy, but severe generalised itching, without a rash, particularly in the last four months of pregnancy, may be the only sign of an uncommon condition called obstetric cholestasis. This conditions a potentially dangerous liver disorder which seems to run in families, although it can occur without any family history. It is necessary to contact your doctor if you have troublesome itching because obstetric cholestasis may lead to premature labour, stillbirth or serious health problems for the baby, and to an increased risk of maternal haemorrhage after the delivery.

Pre-Eclampsia ( High blood pressure because of pregnancy )

During pregnancy your blood pressure will be checked at every antenatal appointment. This is because a rise in blood pressure can be the first sign of a condition known as pre-eclampsia – often called pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) or pre-eclampsia(PE) – which can run in families and affects 5% to 10% of pregnancies. But no one knows why pre-eclamsia usually happens in the first pregnancy? Your urine will also be checked for protein. If you do have pre-eclampsia, you will probably feel perfectly well. Some women experience symptoms such as headaches, visual disturbances, swelling and abdominal pain. Pre-eclampsia can still be severe, however, without any symptoms at all. Although most cases are mild and cause no trouble, it can get worse and be serious for both mother and baby. It can cause fits in the mother (eclampsia) and affect the baby’s growth, and belief-threatening if left untreated. That is why routine antenatal checks are so important. Pre-eclampsia usually happens towards the end of pregnancy, but problems can occur earlier. Rarely, it can happen after the birth. The earlier in pregnancy it starts, the more severe it is likely to be. If it does get worse, the treatment ranges from rest at home or in hospital to drugs to lower the high blood pressure or, occasionally early delivery of the baby.
